Control and verification of the project management system adopted by the Lessor. Active participation in meetings, representing the interests of the Tenant. Monitoring the progress of project implementation which was the basis for cost estimate, implemented by the Lessor. Based on the project's advancement, preparation of materials (price offers of individual solutions) constituting the basis of argumentation when talking about the submitted cost estimate made by the Lessor. Based on collected offers from the market, review and evaluation of the final project budget as well as consultancy regarding project budget optimization. Preparation, optimization and control of the internal Tenant's budget. Verification of project documentation in the scope of: space plans, conceptual design, construction design and as-built documentation. Support (conducting tenders, analyzing offers, negotiations, budget preparation) in tendering procedures aimed at selecting Tenant's suppliers and their subsequent coordination. Verification of any changes introduced, both from the side of the Tenant and the Lessor in relation to the scope included in the LA and their impact on costs and potentially on time. Regular site visits by engineers to monitor quality of works with the execution design and other requirements, particularly in technical and construction fields. Technical supervision of construction works and finishing works and reporting progress to the Client. Monitoring of snags removal and coordination of procedures for acceptance.
